ALL cats are to be in a secure carry cage on drop off. Cats are housed in a spacious, clean and fully covered Cattery. The size of each individual Cattery is 4ft wide by 7ft long by 7ft high. Each containing a large cat scratching post/tree, 2 beds and a litter box.
No Cat is housed with other Cats unless requested and are from the same family.
Customers may bring their own bedding or toys to comfort their Cat.
Feeding
We feed Taste of the Wild dry food and Big Dog for cats raw food and a selection of tinned ziwi Peak food. If your cat has a special diet, please let us know in advance and we will do everything we can to accomodate their needs.
Sterilisation
All Cats that Board with us are to be sterilised.
Cleaning
We currently use TrueEco Dog and Cat Surface cleaner-Urine Eliminator which is a bio-Enzyme product which is not harmful to your pet or our septic tanks. All bedding is then sprayed down with TrueEco Dog and Cat surface Cleaner which kills Germs, Viruses, Bacteria and Fungi while still being safe for your pet. Once your pet has checked out all bedding is then washed in F10.
Vaccinations
To ensure that your cat does not get sick, we have a strict vaccination policy that unvaccinated cats will not be permitted to board with us. All cats must have proof of current vaccination a minimum of an F3 within the last 12 months.
Medications
If your cat requires any medications to be administered during their stay please bring this along, clearly labelled and make sure you have enough medication for your cats entire stay. There is no added charge for administering medications.
